TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your date upon booking based on the agreed price and makeup package requested
2. Balance payment to be cleared one week before the function.
3. In the event client cancels the contract before completion, the client will lose the deposit made to the Artist. Exemptions will be given to cancellation due to Covid-19
4. Due to Covid-19, if the client reschedules/postpones the wedding the deposit will be carried further to new available dates. However, if the wedding takes place in another city/country different from initial city/country the deposit will be non-refundable.
5. The client will be required to bring their own lipstick for touch up or purchase the lipstick.
6. The client agrees to provide transport and hotel accommodation where the event happens to be out of Nairobi and Kenya or provide transport only where the event is within Nairobi.
7. The client will be allowed for a waiting time of 30 minutes, thereafter the client will be charged Kshs. 3,000 for every 30 minutes the client is late for her appointment.
